I thought I would post a fault I have been seeing since the XP SP2 was relased.
Phone Manager Pro when opening or closing presents the fault
"Could not retrieve the user email id's from the IP Office"
Pop outlook is not ticked.
Windows firewall is enabled but with Phone Manager in the exeception list. This is on a domain enviroment. I thin the issue is in regard to Windows firewall, and perhaps a hidden port number that phone manager uses ??
Any Ideas ??
