Phone Manager and Citrix

Running Latest 2.1 on 4 IP Office systems.

Version 2.1 because mix of DT and DS handsets over 4 systems and want to use a single version for ease of support.

Everything working OK except Phone Manager Version 2.1(16)

Speed Dials keep flashing RED on & off on majority of users
screens

If i run program on local PC works fine

Have had no trouble with previous versions of Phone Manager

Does anyone know if newer version due soon as new Admin & VMPro available

if you are running the latest 2.1 then your phonemanger can't be 2.1.16

what version of 2.1 are you at ?
so then we can tell you wich version phonemanager you need

Splash Screen displays version 2.1.16

i mean the ip office
maybe the ip office has a different version so it won't work that well
every version of softwarehas is own phonemanager

The latest 2.1.77 software uses the phonemanager from the 2.1.20 UserCD that came with the 2.1.62 software.
The UserCD hasn't changed with the versions 2.1.62, 2.1.73 and 2.1.77.
The Phonemanager version on that UserCD2.1.20 is 2.1.16.

Thats what Spridge already mentioned.
Little bit confusing all those different versionnumbers!
