How would I make a phone log report work- For instance when a salsman is making a call how does the system record that call and will the phone log report automatically pick that up?
They're record those calls either by scheduling/completing an activity or just completing via Complete | Unscheduled Call | Incoming (Or Outgoing). Those are logged to the History tab and a GoldMine or Crystal Report (Or SQL Query, etc) could analyze those for you.
