User has a normal set up with a 2420 phone. She is not a call center employee. When she tries to dial out after hours (sometime after 6pm) she gets wave-off tone when she presses 9 for an outside line. She can, however, dial station to station. I've checked her COR, COS, and tenant partition. I did a status station and there are no forwards or anything odd. I was told it could be the "user control restrict" feature so we did a deactivation code for that on her phone. Still can not dial out after hours. Any ideas?

list trace the station and see what error get thrown up.

Check your time-of-day routing entries (display time-of-day). They may have configured it to prevent unauthorized calls after the office closes.

Thanks montyzummer. Unfortunately I'm in a different state and am having a difficult time getting the end user to play after hours.
Thanks 4merAvaya. Nope. She should be able to dial out.

Without a doubt it sounds like time-of-day restrictions.
