How would I go about setting a code up to enter on a phone with ext xxxx which will allow a number to be dialed??

If you force the route pattern to use FAC.
Want all the phones using that route pattern need to use a FAC?
I think that you will need to setup another route pattern with a different partition to use just for one phone.
