Please i have phone 5602 , how can'i know if a phone make a call forward somethings in the display

It has a 'D' on the display which means 'Divert'.

But when i use the call forward code i still have the "G

The "G" means your a member of a hunt group....it always there unless the hunt group is out of service(night mode), the it displays "OG

or if you are out of group and have DND set it says.....
