Can anyone please tell me what the improvements of the 8500 are over the 8400 ?

Just to name a few: more durible ink, faster processor, upgradeable to more ram (8550), network model standard (duplex model standard 8550), a different paper preheater that will move the heat away from the paper when duplexing.

Plus all the updates from the 8400 and an onsite waranty is standard as compared to depot level warranty.
