I am getting error code 09,037.45 again. Last time, I only needed to add another stick of yellow and clear this error code in the control panel menu.

But I forgot how to bypass bootup process to get into the menu. Does anyone know the procedure?

If you are getting it again you need the updated ink loader asm. There was a problem with the sensor flags in the ink loader.

Call Xerox.
