Phaser 850 Maintenance Drawer A is Missing

I bought 3 Tektronix 850s. When I power them up they all say Maintenance drawer a is missing. All of the drawers are installed. I've turned off (as per Xerox), removed, reinstalled, and turned back on. Same results. All I'm trying to do is get a demo page out of these.

Your help would really be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

in the back of the tray there should be a blue plug the says C2 on it. If that is there make sure the pins are not bent on the inside of it.
