I cannot find that error code you mentioned. The closest thing I can get to is 9,037.42 and this error message is a failure with the ink load assembly. Xerox recommends checking the ink chute ( possibly yellow ). A couple of exact messages from the manual are "Check for a blown F3 fuse on the power supply. If blown, replace the power supply AND the cap/wire/purge assembly. If not blown, replace ink loader" and another message indicated to check the ink loader chute. If there is a block in the chute, a message will be reported 3 times before an ink fault is declared. Are you using 3rd party ink? I hope this helps you if you have not already solved the problem by now.
