I have a Phaser 8400 with the Error code 13,323.43. I cannot find it anywhere. Can anyone help me?

Yes! They are! Your error is for the printhead reservoir thermistor is open. Run the Reservoir Temperature Test. If fail replace printhead.
With unit plugged in and running: Press OK and Cancel buttons at once. Displays the Service Tools menu. Press both UP Arrow and Down Arrow to display Hidden service menu. Go to Check Menu and run the heaters test.

Thank you for that information. Did I mention that the place I work has several of these 8400's that are down? I have another one that is showing an error 00,020.68. Can you help me with this error as well?
