Thsi error code is caused by a combination of things. We usually replace the DM clutch (the are improved "brackets" for it) and also replace the maint. drawer. If you remove your maint. drawer and look at the lift pins on either side of it, you will probably notice some wear on them. This is a very common problem for this printer. Good luck.
