phaser 790 error 004-320 can anybody help

The Control Logic detected that the Paper Handling Motor is not functioning.
Check the conectors on the Drive Motor PWB. Ensure that they are correctly seated.
Please refer to the RAP associated with the error code given.
The parts that can resolve this error are:

MCU PWB P/N 160K68050
Paper Handling Motor P/N 127K25410
