You have a bad paper handling motor or the gear train is jammed up. Other possibilties aor a bound up paper pick and feed device---ie clutch, shaft bearing, paper wrapped around a roller or a bad print engine bd. Take the back cover off and manually turn the motor. It is toward the paper input area near the bottom. If you can turn it with no resistance, then it's not getting drive voltage.
