Phaser 7700 Error 11 2

I have a Xerox Phaser 7700 that displays an error 11, as well as shows that all four cartridges are missing. I have checked all the voltages, reseated the cables, replaced the engine controller board, and reset the NVram Tech Rep settings. When I go into service mode it says "<6,372> ROS motor rot. fail"

I just can't seem to get it working. Any help would be great.

You have a laser motor error. Try using the RejiCon Adjustment. Replace laser unit PN# 116-1110-00 {Ros Assy.}

We have Xerox 7700.It gives "error 14 cyan atc sensor failure".Also error "print cartridge 1, 2, 3 and 4 missing".It does not print,all we are able to do is to enter the HIDDEN MENU. Can please anybody advise on how to fix this problem.Thank you in advance

Update:

We tried replacing the ROS/Scanner motor unit and the problem went away... temporarily. After about 5 prints, the message came back. Despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, it was never able to print after that.

We also have a 7700 showing all toner drums missing.

Note If this failure reoccurs three times successively, an Engine NVRAM
value is set preventing further printer use until the Clear Tech Rep
Fault, Clear <09-380 ~ 09-383> is run.
Remove Rear Cover (RRP 1, on page 7-140).
Disconnect P400 (see figure page 3-47) and P401 (see figure page 3-47) on the Engine Control
Board.
Inspect both connectors to determine they are fully engaged as a unit. Re-engage, if necessary.
Note The two connectors can NOT properly seat into their socket(s)
unless they are both engaged as a unit. Ensure there is no
separation.
Carefully reinsert the plugs into their joint socket and FIRMLY seat them.
Replace the Laser Unit (RRP 38, on page 7-184).
Note Whenever the mounting screws for the Laser Unit have been
loosened, it is necessary to recalibrate the unit by performing the
RegiCon Adjustment Procedure beginning on page 4-114.
If the problem persists, replace the Engine Control Board (RRP 42, on page 7-190).
