Phaser 360 Printers

I have two Phaser 360 printers.

One displays Fault 05,002.42:11567 upon powerup.

The other has an approx. 1/4" vertical streak on printouts (streak has missing/incomplete colors on test print) which Xerox told me may be the printhead.

I'd like to perhaps get one functioning unit out of the two. Suggestions for repair/parts swap? Is this a fairly simple procedure? I don't have a repair manual.
