How do I know what TN's they are on? And if the PBX even has them set up. And what PKG am i looking for to verify that as well

its an 11C...hoping you can even do phantom's on an 11?..

you can have phantoms, ld 21 prt cequ, you'll see the phantom loop.. if not post it... here's a trick a lot of us use.. if your 2616 is on tn 4 0, build a 2616 on 4 16, poof a phantom has been born.. i do that (very seldom) if i need to move a marp off of a phone.. example, the dept dn fna/hunt to an offsite answering service. on the same phone a did needs to forward to mail.. i add 16 to that tn, build a matching phone type, with just the did, marp it there and fdn/hunt that to mail...

another work around for phantom, to redirect a number only,

1234 (the dn)

ncfw 3001.. that would send 1234 to 3001 (mail) at all times. i usr those for applications, saves on lic and tn's
