Here is my problem:

I have used a phantom TN to dcfw a call to Call Pilot. In the call pilot system I have the number set up as a SDN to very simple application. The APP works fine when you call the extension programmed on the phantom TN, the problem is when you trnsfer a call to the extension. You get the canned call pilot message (Your call cannot be transfered). I have taken out the Phantom TN and programmed the number as an ACD queue ncfw to VM. Everything works fine now. Any suggestings why the phantom won't work ?

Thanks

Did you have SFA (sencond level Forward no answer) in the cls? That might have been the problem.

I meant to say, if you didn't have it in there, that might have been the problem.

on a transfer, the mail only sees the ORIGINAL dialed dn.. that's been a feature (not a good one sometimes) of nortel from day one.. caller dials a. the call forwards to b. c does a pick, transfers to d.. hunts to mail, you'll need a voice mail box or a voice service dn for a. only way to change that (that i have found) is idc table on the incoming call, or sending a call out over a trunk and back in... not always do-able.. i have a few apps here where to get from a menu service to a mb on fna, the sets forwards external to a soft acd with ncfw the mail.. because the acd has no marriage to the original call, the system just sees the NEW original dialed dn... going in circles to get things straight is a nortel selling point
