We have a user who receives the following error message when building a report: "pg32conv.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette." I deleted the file from the users PC and reinstalled the app. which brought down a new file. However, the user still gets the error. Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

Search that computer for that dll and make sure you don't have duplicate versions.

Thanks ... found 2 pg32conv.dll files or I deleted them both and reinstalled the app but the problem still exists. Deleted all pg32conv.dll registry keys as well but problem still exists. Still investigating.
