Pg loads slow when added repeated region ! Even when no rec to repeat!

Hi all,

I have facing very strange problem... After I added the repeated region to my page, that page loads extremely, extremely slow... The page does not have large amounts of records to retrieve/repeat, just like 3 or 4(Even if it doesn't have ANY records to repeat, it's slow.). I have not had this problem before when I created other pages for my site... Please advice.

I've just tested it again and now the page loads fine when there are no records to repeat, but when there are, my goodness it is slow to a point that it gives me the "The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded." error.

Seems to me that even if that particular query has only 2 records retrieve/repeat, it keeps on repeating itself infinitely... so weird

Please advice

many things can be in question.....the DB design...the DB choise...network condition of server side.......user side network...your script...your connection type to the DB....
