PEStartPrintJob generating Error 599 Cannot open SQL Server in Notes

I am trying to preview a report (Cr 8.5) from a within Lotus Notes 5.08 database. I am using API Calls to do this. The same code that is in the "Xglobal" Db that is off the CR Site. I have CR installed on the PC and everything works fine when I have a network connection. When I try to run it without the network connection the parameter box comes up, I enter the parameters, The report starts to display and then I get the following error "Cannot start print job Error 599 Cannot open SQL Server". I have everything on the local PC. Database, Report, User ID the works. When I step through the code everything is fine till it gets to the PEStartPrintJob. The report is built to get data from a view in the Notes Database, however I have code that I set the database location at runtime. Am I missing something in the Login section or what is happenning....... Any Idea's
