Good Afternoon All,

I am laying out plans to develop a dbase for managing our departmental personnel. I am planning to have a main form with all the usual information on it with some subforms for other. The one unusual feature I would like to add but I am not sure of has to do with one of the subforms. It will be a subform for tracking taskings, notes, issues, etc. relative to that specific individual. These will be entered individually on a case by case basis. However, there are some entries into that form that I will want to make for all personnel. I would like to make one entry and have it populate the respective subform of each members file. Is there a way to make one entry somewhere and have it popluate mutliple subforms that are linked to a specific individual. Any experience out there on something like this? Thanks!

Hi

You do not populate forms, you populate tables, but aside from that you can achieve what youa re trying to do with an update query
