To create a home development environment using win98, Access DB and Coldfusion with Dreamweaver...what server tool is suggested? MS PWS or Apache or others? Then how do I set it up, I have already loaded apache but not sure of the scripting, tried to load MS PWS from cd and got MTS error code 0x80004005 with transaction server core failure 0xfee670. These errors are reference within Tek-Tips but solutions don't work, the date of my MSTsetup.dll is 1998.01.543.0

Here's the fix to your problem directly from the Microsoft KB:
By the way, I use PWS with ColdFusion Server 4.5 and develop on a number of platforms, including DreamWeaver, ColdFusion Studio, with several backends, like Microsoft Access. The performance is great and the solution provides me with a solid environment to test and develop applications.
