Personal Settings

I have a user that is having problems with Word in Office 97.

She gets her settings just the way she likes them ie: correct view, font, toolbars..etc. But when she closes word and re-opens, all of her settings are gone. This is only happening on the one machine.

Anybody seen this before?

Sounds like a Normal.dot issue. Find and delete the Normal.dot file on this computer. Next time Word starts, it will create a new clean one.
