Does anyone know if Personal Oracle 8i can co-exist on the same NT or win2k box with Oracle EE 8i database and/or Oracle 8i client? As DBA, I have a QA person who has to test out software on PO8i. I am not sure whether I have to put PO8i on a standalone machine, or whether I can install it on a box with either an existing Oracle 8i client or an existing Oracle 8i standard or EE database. If they can co-exist with a client or db, can the PO be installed in its own oracle home after the db or client was installed, or does the db or client have to be installed in an oracle home after the PO8i is installed?
