Personal Folders

Hello

We have just built a server for a client and they have remote workers who Remoteley dial into the sever to pick up e-mail. But both have come into the office and set-up outlook to get there e-mails when in the office, but they get a personal folder as well as a Outlook today folder. So when they go home and dial in remotley they just get new e-mails and not there old e-mails.

Any ideas would be great

You could try and set the delivery to the personal folder, all the emails in the inbox would transfer to the personal folders inbox, any additional folders etc would need to be transfered manually,
it would be best to get this done when they are in the office as it could take some time on dial up depending on the number of emails they have.
This would then give them access to all emails from home as well as in the office

Cheers mate i have set it to point all mail to the mailbox and it works fine chees mate.
