Personal Distribution Lists in OWA 2007

I have setup and installed Exchange 2007 and all my clients are using the web front end but one major annoyance is that there doesn't appear to be an ability to create personal distribution lists. Does anyone know how to do this?

Bob is right - if you don't have it then your CAS has not been upgraded to SP1.
