Personal (Agent) greetings?

I have been asked to implement the personal agent greeting before the Agent's answer ("It's answering the agent number xyz..."), I haven't found a way to do that, any idea?

IPOCC doesn't have that feature, you could play a message before it starts to ring on an agent but not the same thing.
