Persist.dat

I have recently installed Integrated management onto my PC. I copied persist.dat on to my desktop before removing the older version of ASA. Now I have copied persist.dat back into its folder I get "persist.dat: Access is denied"

Does anyone have any ideas?

right click on the file and see if it is read only. if it is uncheck it.
