Hi,

I have a new customer who wants inbound traffic allowed to several clients. They have some kind of ip tele solution.
The inbound traffic are several tcp/udp ports

I have never heard of this kind of configuration. Anyone here know something i dont?

They only have one public ip.

This is probably somethng like h323. This can be a problem in some cases. Find out what type of system they are using.

Hi,

Well its SIP ( 5060 ) and some custom ports. Its 3 telephones on the inside and they have direct contact to the provider. Today they are behind a device Running UPnP wich the pix doesnt support. I understand that i need to map traffic to the telephones. Problem is that they only have one public ip. They can call but no calls come to them.

So i assume its nothing more to do. Either a box on their network to handle the calls or get more public ip´s.

Any idea anyone?
