I have an NT 4.0 Server.

I have the folder \users\joe

Users has permissions Everyone Full
Joe has permissions Joe Full
Larry Full

However, Larry cannot access files in Joe's folder unless I make him an Administrator.

Anyone have any ideas?

That is the share permissions - what about the file level permissions (security tab)?

Joe has to put his sharable folders in another directory and grant rights to other users.

NT is a multi-user system, by the way why should normal user log in and work on a server? S. van Els

Open explorer, click on a folder and select properties S. van Els
