I need to setup permissions on a share folder to look like the following:

P:\ --Domain Users Read Only, Domain Admins Full
P:\Folder --Domain users read only, domain admins full
P:\Folder\Subfolder --domain users full, domain admins full

What do I need to set my share permissions to for P: to allow for the above without conflicting with the last level permissions? If I give everyone full on share level and then restrict at the folder level, will that work? Or do I need to do the opposite. It's a big share and want to be sure I do it right the first time, please give me some advice.

Thanks,
Ryan

give more open permissions on share (read/chnage) level and then lock them down with NTFS permissions.

BTW dont give anybody full access, they dont need it. Modify is all you need to give them.
