I have created a very simple vbs script to enable users to connect to printers on our network. In due course I will add it to a vbs logon script. (Thanks for FAQ markdmac!)

When I ran the script from my workstation it worked fine however when I tried to run the same script from a colleague's workstation it didn't work. The only difference was that I had "full control" permissions on the file. It worked fine if copied the script to my colleague's C drive and ran it from there.

Are the permissions on the file relevant?

If that is the case then why does a VBS script run perfectly as a login script when the user does not have full control on the login script folder? Maybe that is where I should put the script and run it from a shortcut.
