Permission to use object denied (Error 419)

I have created a new .ocx to manage bitmap for a specific application. When I want to use my OCX in that ActiveX capable software it work fine until I add a resource file in my componant. When I build my OCX with a .RES file in it, than I get the error message "Permission to use object denied" (Error 419) but I still can use it in the application but I don't have acces to my home made properties. Without a .RES file everything work perfectly.

Do you have any clues on what my problem is?

Sorry for the disturbing, I finaly managed the error. It was due to the target software used. (the one who receive the component) It's somehow keeping track of ocx used, I have to start a new project (not just removed my component restart the software and try again). Even if I unregister and register back my OCX. But now everything work fine, it seem that I misdiagnose my case.
