Permission problem when copying

When I try to copy an entire folder the copy keeps getting stuck on a few files, reporting access denied. When I browse to the file it gets stuck on, select it, I can then copy it fine. When I check I'm am the owner of the file.

I'm logged on as admin, I'm the owner of all folder, files etc, and have full access to all folders and sub folders.

What is happening?

Well, use robocopy and it seems to have sorted it out.
