Permission problem when copying

When I try to copy an entire folder the copy keeps getting stuck on a few files, reporting access denied. When I browse to the file it gets stuck on, select it, I can then copy it fine. When I check I'm am the owner of the file.

I'm logged on as admin, I'm the owner and have full access to all folders and sub folders.

I can I get around this?

Ignore this, used robocopy, all fixed.
