Permission on Mailbox

I have auser who reads/responds to emails on her managers behalf. I have set up permmissions for this user the managers mailbox for complete access.
When this user opens her managers email and replies to an email, it shows her mail address as the sender not her managers.
What do I need to do that al emails that she responds to on her managers bahlf from his inbox shows the managers email address as the sender.

How were permissions granted? If through the Exchange Admin program did you give Send on Behalf permissions? Or did you just give delegate access? joegz

I granted access from the users mailbox options.
