Permission denied error running manager in XP

Hi experts!!!

I tried to run Arcserve Manager 6.1 from my Windows Xp workstation but I get the error "Btrieve error: accessing file (netware volume path:astppool.db. Permission error: check user rights to the Arcserve directory"

Does Arcserve 6.1 run from Windows XP?
