Perl mail Script

I have a perl mail script's which I have running on an UNIX apache server using the sendmail program..
Im trying to get this up and running on a MS NT ver 4.0 IIS
Server . this server does not have a default sendmail program..Where can i get a suitable send mail program ...

Theres a freeware program called MAILTO.EXE which works very well. Not so secure for connections to the 'outside' but for internal use works a dream on our intranet
