Perl and Symbian - Mobile Applications Development

Hi guys

I just got a new toy, 9300i phone communicator. It runs Symbian O/S. I found on the net that is possible to develop "mobile applications" using Perl. It seems to be that there is a Perl version for Symbian.

Have you heard about it? Do you have any good web link that you can sugggest me. I want to know about Mobile development using Perl on Symbian.
