Performance monitoring tools

I have successfully used Quest Performance Analysis tool but wanted to hear from other SQL DBA’s and developers this time. I am with a new client that is in need of a Performance monitoring software package. Does anyone have any experience with any 3rd-Party monitoring software packages?
