We have web applications which are published to the user community utilizing Citrix Desktop's web browser.

Our users are complaining of degraded performance, slow processing, slow quering using SQL.

Does anyone have any tips on where we can start the troubleshooting process?

How many apps are you publishing? how many servers do you have? what versions of OS and Metaframe are you running?
