Event ID 7001:

The Citrix WMI Service service depends on the Independent Management Architecture service which failed to start because of the following error:
After starting, the service hung in a start-pending state.

What can I do about this?

Try re-creating the Local Host Cache (dsmaint recreatelhc).

I hope this helps
