PerfMon and Exchange

I've looked some, but haven't found what I think I am looking for, can anyone help?

I'm looking for a list of 'key' Exchange performance counters to monitor and what their thresholds might be.

I'm pretty well experienced in monitor core Win2k3 Server Perf Counters, but I'm not sure what should be monitored specific to Exchange itself.

Links or specific advice would be greatly appreciated!
