Peregrine Service Center Desktop Integration 1

Does anyone know what types of desktop integration are available for Peregrine Service Center, like DDE, COM, HTTP (scriptiong type), or XML? Also, what manuals describe this as well.

Looking at SCAuto, it looks like it integrates at the server level with no ability to immediately send an event to a specific agent in the help desk.

Is there any way to essentially do a screen pop on the desktop?
