Per Station CPN

Hello
G430 with BRI users are occasionally unable to get a line out. After running a trace if the caller is showing Calling Number & Name they get denial event 1117.
If they show N0-CPNumber NO-CPName they get a line.
All users have Per Station CPN set to blank and the trunk group has Outgoing Display set to no, Send Name and Send Calling Number set to no. What are the implications of changing Per Station CPN?

Your CO may have an account number associated with your BTN. If you send caller-ID out per station, it doesn't match their account database and rejects the call... Have them add your DID range into their database and this should solve the problem (if indeed this is the problem).

That's the thing, most of the time the user sends No-CPNumber No-CPName and every now and again the user will send "Calling Number & Name 1102 Moortown,Louise" and like you say the line provider is not setup for this and rejects the call.
I must have missed something when programming users not to send their number and name when making an external call or there is a problem with the software, the system is on 5.1.2 but no maintenance patches have been applied.
 
If this field is set to no: Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number? n, take a look at your display public-unknown-numbering table... It might be overriding the station form?

Nothing in there for this particular branch, could the EC500 State be in any way connected to this?
 
Pulling my hair out on this one, Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number is set to no,on the trunk group Outgoing Display is set to no, Send Name is set to no, Send Calling Number is set to no.
I have even disabled EC500 state on all the users, there are no entries in Public-Unknown-Numbering, but every now and again a user making an external call will send their extension number and name and the outgoing trunk seizure will fail.
What have I missed?

No, there is no FAC programmed for Per Call CPN Unblocking code either.
 
This is now happening on other G430's on the same network,
I'm going to apply Service Pack 3, I will let you know if it makes any difference.
