I have a 7303 phone with three personal-co-lines and I need to have one of the lines calls transfered to a pot line from 8 to 5. I have call transfer option on this line and it works with a butt set but not when you select the line at the station. The code is 72# and 73#. Can someone tell me what (or if I can) to change to make this happen. I think the switch is not passing the tones to the Co.

I think the 73xx phone is the issue. This is a hybrid set - part analog/part digital. Although the talk path is analog, the signaling part is digital. I don't think that you are sending DTMF signals to the LEC. Best solution would be to change the set to a 74xx or 84xx set.

rvw,
Were you able to forward your pcol after you changed the set type? I have a similar situation. The user would like to forward the pcol to an outside number but gets waived off when trying to accomplish this from the bridged-appr for the pcol.
thanks
