I have a 64xx set with brdg-app of a couple other extension. I can option these buttons to ring or not, but the delay and abbrv options do nothing.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Check your system parameters:

change system-parameters features

Look for the setting of:

Auto Abbreviated/Delayed Transition Interval (rings):

This is the number of rings that will happen before the phone switches to silent (abbreviated) and/or the ring cycles the phone will wait before it starts to ring (delayed).

If it's zero, neither will work.

Oh, and you have to set the Auto A/D to (y)es.

If you choose no, then the user has to force the ringing or the delay manually by pressing an 'abrv-ring' button on their phone when they want the delay or the abbreviated ring to kick in.

Auto Abbreviated/Delayed Transition Interval (rings):

This is set at 2 rings. Still the button set for delay or abbrev doesn't ring!

Did you remember to set Auto A/D to Y ? (It defaults to N)

dufus2506,

You must be a mind reader :) Works great now!
Thanks,
