No. The last upgrade was v5.0 which does not include cat6.
The Pentascanner 350 only goes to 100Mhz. The 350 was a marketing ploy that added "Performance Grading" which gave extrapolated values above 100Mhz.
You might be able to use it as a trade in on a new unit.
