Peer-to-Peer User Desktop Migration

on the server, first create machine accounts and user accounts. Then on the workstation, join it to the SBS domain using the web page:
This will migrate the local profile to the domain. Note that it also makes the user a member of the workstations local admin group. You may want to remove that access, but I recommend waiting until all the software SBS will push down is finished first.

It sounds like you are new to SBS. I'll STRONGLY recommend you make sure you use the Wizards for every aspect of setup and configuration as possible (with the exception of backup). SBS, though based on Windows Server is not Windows server and it's important to use the wizards or it's very possible you'll have a variety of issues now and in the future - when you use the wizards, SBS tends to work FANTASTICALLY well, but when you don't you could have issues.

Also, a common thing in small peer-to-peer networks is to have the router provide DNS and DHCP services - SBS is Active Directory based and Active Directory requires properly configured DNS - the wizards will set this up for you, but you'll need to disable DHCP on the router (by disabling DHCP on the router, DNS will no longer be assigned by the router and SBS DHCP will handle it correctly.
